Black & White and Wet All Over

New York is a wet and slushy mess today.  I thank my lucky stars that my morning commute is from my bed to my desk.  I still can't completely escape the grey skies and black and white landscape though.  Here's how it's inspiring me today.

Chic in Gstaad

If you've been checking out Instagram this week, you'll notice that everyone is either relaxing on the beach or skiing on the slopes.  Talk about "fear of missing out." And because everyone is off enjoying themselves somewhere, it's clear that many less of you are reading blogs.  Due to this fact, I've decided to save my new posts until after the New Year. In the meantime, I give you this repeat of Valentino's chic chalet in Gstaad photographed by François Halard.

Happy New Year!

Snow Days

It snowed yesterday in New York.  Although it didn't stick, it has me more excited for the holidays. I finally bought a wreath and paperwhites so it's starting to look a lot more like Christmas in my apartment too. Here's a little more inspiration to put you in the mood.

Happy Holidays!
